Last week was a busy week for our General Managers as they joined our corporate team in Dallas for an action-packed and fun-filled few days. This was our second annual General Managers Achievement Awards Summit where each GM from our site got together to acknowledge and celebrate their achievements for the year, hold group discussions, participate in team-building events, and overall, just have fun.

Once again, The Shippers Group brought back our fan-favorite contest where TSG associates got to share pictures of their pets for a chance to be featured for our National Pet Day post on April 11^th and win one of our top 3 prizes!

Atlanta has quickly become an attractive place for manufacturers and retailers who are looking to relocate or expand their warehousing and distribution operations to the South. The state is home to about 900 million square feet of warehouse distribution space, with 600 million square feet of that located in metro Atlanta. With a talented workforce, higher quality of life, and lower cost of living, Atlanta is where more and more people are choosing to move and do business.

In conjunction with our Shippers Gives Back program, members of our corporate team recently volunteered at the Jan Pruitt Food Pantry!
