We’re all experiencing some level of Covid fatigue. What is it? Burnout. We’re simply tired of the stress and uncertainty that has accompanied the pandemic. We long for things to be “back to normal.” Covid fatigue is a very real condition, and it is causing many to become careless about wearing masks and social distancing. It’s that feeling of, “I just don’t care anymore.”
Amidst combating the virus, how do we also deal with the level of stress and anxiety that we’re experiencing? Doctors from UC Davis Health offer tips for how to cope with Covid fatigue and outline stages of disaster stress. Talking about it is helpful for many people, and exercise is also a great way to expel nervous energy, clear your mind and relax easier.
At The Shippers Group, we’re mindful of the reality of Covid fatigue and it’s potential impact on our associates and our operations. We are working diligently with our facility leadership and their teams to reinforce the importance of closely following guidelines of the CDC and not waver in their efforts to keep themselves and others safe.
Crisis resources are also available to associates, and for a complete list of all TSG COVID-19 Prevention and Response Documentation, visit our COVID-19 Resource page by clicking below.

The safety of our associates is always our number one priority. These are trying times and we want to help ensure both the physical and mental health of our associates and their loved ones. If you’re feeling overwhelmed please talk to a family member, a friend or counselor.
