Every year The Shippers Group dedicates a week to our Customer Service Team to show our appreciation for their hard work, as they play an integral role in the long-term success of our company. The theme for this year’s celebration was “Dream Team” because despite working through a global pandemic and altered work conditions, our Dream Teams continued to provide the highest level of service for our customers.
Our customer service is the backbone of our operations, and during this special week we showed our appreciation and celebrated the importance of our Customer Service associates who serve and support our customers on a daily basis.
With 15 locations nationwide, each location recognized Customer Service Week through a variety of fun activities. Some celebrated by catering lunches, others by raffling unique prizes and playing team-building games, and some even decorated ornaments!
Director of Customer Service, Kris Hill commented, "we are so thankful that there is an official Customer Service Week so that we can celebrate these folks and let them know how special they are and how important their role is here at The Shippers Group. We have got such a great customer service team at every site, and we are so grateful and appreciative to each and every one of them."
