The Shippers Group is beyond proud of our amazing Dallas team members who personally donated gifts to the Salvation Army's Angel Tree program to help us bless 22 families this Christmas!
The Angel Tree program was created to help those in need experience the joy of Christmas morning. Children and senior adults are added to the program and their Christmas wish list is shared with members of their community who purchase gifts, new clothes, and more. The gifts are then placed under the tree and eagerly anticipated on Christmas morning.
Each year, our team receives a list (and checks it twice) before heading out to collect goodies and presents. These efforts are personal tasks; our employees take their own time to go shopping and purchase these items to fulfill the list as a team.
The holidays are about sharing, caring, and spreading joy – and we couldn't make a difference for so many individuals without the dedication of our wonderful associates who help us achieve this incredible accomplishment each year. Thank you to our amazing Shippers Group team for helping brighten the holiday season for so many and for making the world a brighter place!
"Let us remember that the Christmas heart is a giving heart, a wide-open heart that thinks of others first." - George Matthew Adams
