Congratulations to Mildred Holland, who recently celebrated her 20 Year Anniversary with The Shippers Group!

To honor Mildred for her hard work and dedication to The Shippers Group, General Manager, Anthony Ebert, presented her with a plaque and recognition letter.

Mildred’s dedication to The Shippers Group is second to none. Her work ethic cannot be matched, her drive and determination to succeed will never waver, and most importantly her vision and mission to ensure every associate working on her team (2nd shift Dock) shares her same drive and passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

Under Mildred’s guidance, the 2nd shift Dock Team has increased its productivity by 40% over the last month and has played a vital and pivotal role in our successes as a facility. With record production demand driving up the workload on the Dock Team, Mildred really led the charge and embraced the challenge with her team! I was truly honored to present this token of appreciation and acknowledgement to Mildred.
