Diane has been working diligently in her capacity as Director of HR and Safety to be the voice of our employees and lead the charge in our efforts to provide a safe work environment for all TSG employees. She believes strongly in developing associates through focused driven training so that they can reach their full potential. It is because of her tireless dedication and advocacy for our employees that we are proud to congratulate Diane Villafana on her recent promotion to Vice President of Human Resources & Safety Compliance at The Shippers Group.

We appreciate their crediting The Shippers Group with being among the top 3PL providers in the U.S. This is possible because of the tireless dedication and determination of every TSG employee. Our employees take pride in providing the highest level of service possible to our customers. Solid customer relationships based on trust and open communication are very important to us.

Our Wilmer team scored the highest rating achievable, an AA rating for 2018, for the BRC Global Standards Audit for Storage and Distribution. This is a repeat of AA rating receive in 2017 at Wilmer. BRC incorporated the rating into the audit program in 2017. Prior to this, Wilmer received the highest scores from BRC in 2014-2016. Ahead of BRC, Wilmer received Superior Ratings from AIB International in 2011-2013. 

Kris Hill has recently been named Director of Customer Service at The Shippers Group. If you ask Kris how long she has worked for Shippers, she’ll laughingly say that she started as “a child in the mailroom.” Although she might have been just a little bit older when she started than she implies, she did in fact start with Shippers Warehouse performing data entry functions from faxes, TWICS, and orders received by U.S. mail and recently just celebrated 33 years with the company.
